- International Orders: Flat rate shipping of $30.00
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders shipped within the United States are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS transit times.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the following regions:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Italy
- France
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
International shipping times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for customs processing and delivery. Some international orders may take 3–4 weeks to clear customs and arrive.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Violet Daily is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is handled by USPS. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly first using your tracking number.

Violet Daily is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, customs delays, carrier errors, weather interruptions, or delivery issues that occur after the package leaves our facility.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International orders may experience extended customs processing times depending on the destination country. Some shipments may take several weeks to clear customs before final delivery. Violet Daily cannot control or expedite customs processing.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Violet Daily is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
