To manage your Violet account, please follow the simple steps below.
Click “Customer Account” from the website footer at www.violetdaily.com
Log in using the account you created during checkout.
This will log you into your account dashboard. Here you’ll find all of the controls to manage your subscriptions.
By Selecting the “Orders” tab, you’ll be able to see the most recent order that you’ve placed and any related subscriptions.
Next, if you have a subscription, you’ll be able to manage your preferences from the “Subscriptions” tab.
This tab gives you the option to:
- Turn off automatic payment processing (Toggle Auto Renew off to be forced to manually process your renewal orders. Please note that inactive subscriptions may be delayed or canceled)
- Cancel Your Subscription with the “Cancel” button
Change Your shipping address - Change your Payment method
Skip your next box by clicking the “Skip Next Shipment” Button - Process your next order now by clicking the “Renew Now, Keep Subscription schedule” button. This means that you will receive your next shipment now, but your renewal will stay on the original 2-month schedule.
- The “Renew Now, Reschedule Original Subscription Date” will process your next order now and move your next shipment date to 2 months from today.
Edit Subscription Details will allow you to edit your current subscription. - Need an extra box? Use the “Add Products” box to search for “Violet” and add single boxes to your subscription. Be aware that extra boxes may be shipping with your renewals as well. Use this feature to receive a 4-6 month supply of violet all at once.
The Address tab in your dashboard will allow you to manage your shipping and billing addresses.
If you need to update your payment methods, use the “Payment Methods” tab in your dashboard.
The Account Details tab will allow you to update your name, email, username, and password.
If you have any active coupons, you’ll see them on the coupons page located by selecting ‘coupons” from the sidebar. Expired coupons will also be shown here.
Finally, if you wish to remove your email from receiving order details and reminders from Violet daily, you can use the “Communications” tab and select the communications that you no longer wish to receive.
